The project consists in applying innovative practices for entrepreneurship education, both formal and non-formal, and in improving the training offer aimed at young people under 30 NEETs. The intent is to offer this target the opportunity to promote and enhance the basic skills, personal, social, organizational and linguistic competences that influence the motivation to learn and to become actively involved in civil society. But, in order to transfer these skills, it is necessary to rethink the methodologies of education and vocational training for young Europeans; today there are great opportunities for innovative educational approaches and for stimulating and engaging ways of learning: first of all non-institutional education, and the convergence of formal and non-formal methodologies.

The project aims to implement an exchange of good practices between training institutions active in the field of Youth Education and career guidance, in order to implement a pilot test supported by an Handbook (OER), that is to develop an entrepreneurship education training module made up of the best practices of the partnership.

The aim is to stimulate entrepreneurship and communication skills, integration and active citizenship of young people under disadvantage, proposing a model that can be replicated and transferred to several sectoral and geographical realities. The first step has been the research at local and transnational level among companies and employers that highlight the soft skills most sought after by the Labor Market. The final report that would come down would constitute the premise for the exchange of good practices and the course for youth workers which would be the subject of the project's HANDBOOK. The project approach is cooperative and is based on non-formal training and on techniques such as active and participatory learning, learning by doing and peer-to-peer education.

The exchange of good practices, targeting of the target groups, the Handbook containing the soft-skills sought after Labour Market and innovative ways of entrepreneurship education would be the greatest results of EntEE. Moreover, thanks to the communication channels, the Manual will be usable by all those who want to implement an innovative training model, able to stimulate social integration, the capacity for professional integration, entrepreneurship, and the active citizenship of young people especially those in situations of economic and/or social disadvantage.

Young people at risk of marginalisation and social or economic disadvantage, as well as young migrants, perceive themselves as powerless to develop themselves and suffer from low self-esteem and self-efficacy in managing their education, life and work. By participating in this project, AIDEJOVEN fulfils two of its founding values: the promotion of an innovative training model and the fight against the social exclusion of young people due to any reason.
